Our group programmes are designed for women in education leadership and professional roles who are ready to rise, reflect, and renew.
These programmes provide structured space to pause, reflect honestly, reconnect with your strengths, and shape what the next chapter could look like — on your terms. They bring together coaching, reflection, and shared conversation in a way that is purposeful, respectful, and deeply human.
We work with a small number of women at a time, intentionally. This allows for depth, psychological safety, and thoughtful progression — not rush or pressure.

How It Works
Fortnightly evening sessions, plus one Saturday deep-dive (online)

One-to-One Leadership Coaching
Coaching to suit your lifestyle and leadership goals
This one-to-one coaching offer supports women to gain clarity, confidence, and momentum in their leadership, career, business, or personal development. Sessions are fully tailored to your individual goals and circumstances, supporting you to overcome barriers, strengthen your confidence, and take purposeful action.
We offer coaching and training outside standard working hours to ensure we bring focus, energy, and depth to every session. Sessions are delivered in the evenings and on selected Saturdays, through structured programmes and a limited number of 1:1 coaching places.

Who It Is For
Women in education, women aged 50+, and women in professional roles who are seeking focused, personalised coaching that fits around their lifestyle and responsibilities.
Coaching Options
Our coaching and group programmes are designed to fit around professional lives. We work with a small number of women at a time through evening sessions and selected Saturdays, allowing space for reflection, growth, and sustainable change.

General Workshop Delivery on Leadership Themes
Workshops are typically delivered as one-day sessions (usually Fridays). The Women’s Leadership Mastermind Group runs online on a monthly basis.

Identity and Leadership Culture
We design and deliver bespoke programmes and training tailored to the specific needs of colleges, businesses and community organisations.
Whether you have completed a skills audit, identified new organisational priorities, or are responding to changing standards or expectations, we work with you to develop targeted training and practical action plans for individuals, teams, and staff.
Our approach supports short, medium and long-term objectives, helping organisations strengthen leadership culture, clarity, and impact.
Young Women’s Success programme and mentoring
Workshops 1 day
Support and develop young people and graduates to their full potential. The programme aims to give the participant a mental framework within which to develop positive, structured thinking to help support them into work, training or skills development. The regular exchange of ideas amongst the participants plays a major role in motivating the participants within the group. Team Building
We support organisations to strengthen team effectiveness by helping teams work towards a shared purpose and clear goals. Our team-building programmes combine structured and engaging activities that support collaboration, communication, and positive working relationships, while helping individuals understand their roles and responsibilities within the team.
Leaders and team members work together to explore practical strategies that improve teamwork, build trust, and support the achievement of organisational objectives.
Team-building sessions can be delivered to:

Larger groups (up to 10–12 participants)
Programmes are tailored to your organisation’s needs. We work with you to identify priorities through initial discussion or assessment, and design group activities that support improved performance and effective ways of working.
Workshops are delivered over one to two days and can be offered in person, blended, or fully online.

This workshop supports women in education leadership and professional roles to strengthen their influence, confidence, and leadership presence while managing the competing demands of the workplace. Participants explore how to lead with clarity and purpose, use their voice effectively, and navigate complex responsibilities without losing sight of their values. Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical tools, the workshop helps women recognise their leadership impact, build confidence in their role, and develop strategies for leading with influence in today’s professional environments.

We work in partnership with organisations to design and deliver tailored training programmes for women, focusing on leadership, team development, and business start-up.
Where funding is available, we collaborate with organisations to create bespoke programmes that support women in the community to build confidence, clarify goals, develop a clear vision, and strengthen practical skills such as organisation, time management, and strategic planning.

If you are looking for support to plan and build your future, we offer personalised sessions focused on career and skills development planning. These sessions help you clarify your goals, identify strengths, and create a practical action plan to strengthen your career and leadership prospects.
For more focused support, one-to-one coaching sessions are available to help you work through key priorities, challenges, and next steps.
Effective Performance
Workshops 1 day
Workshop comprising a select group of local SMEs, educational, business leaders focused on discussing and implementing performance improvement in these areas: higher productivity, enhanced communication, increased focus on priorities and development of key personnel and improved teamwork.
Women’s Leadership Mastermind Membership Group
This membership group is for women in education leadership and individual women who are ready to rise, reflect, and renew in their professional and personal lives. It is designed for women who are leading in schools, colleges, organisations, or communities, as well as those considering their next chapter and seeking clarity, confidence, and connection.
The group meets monthly online and provides a supportive, respectful space to:
Reflect on leadership experiences, challenges, and transitions
Rise by strengthening confidence, voice, and leadership identity
Renew focus, energy, and direction for the next stage of growth
Through shared discussion, insight, and practical reflection, members are supported to develop themselves and pursue their goals with purpose and intention.
