We have recently updated our website to make it more interesting and easier to navigate, you may find the information on the website helpful and informative.  Women’s Enterprise and Leadership is known in short as WELA, the work we do supports women to grow in business, enterprise and leadership, we provide personal touch to help women on their journey.  If you were to define leadership, what would you say?   Women lead in different ways; how can you unleash your leadership potential?  THINK about what motivates you on your leadership journey and what potential highs and lows you face that you want help with?  In today’s society as we go through a global pandemic, this may be a good time for you to reflect on your strengths, gifts or talents and work out what inspires you!
